Winter Giveaway 2025

• For New & Returning Customers: Automatically gain one (1) entry into the draw upon successful enrolment and payment for swimming lessons during the promotion period.
• For Referring Customers: Gain one (1) entry for each successful referral that results in a new or returning customer enrolment during the promotion period.
  • The referring customer must be explicitly named by the new/returning customer at the time of their sign-up.
  • Only one referring friend can be nominated per new/returning customer sign-up.

The referred customer must complete their enrolment and initial payment prior to 31st August 2025 (inclusive).

• New Customers: Individuals who have not been enrolled in lessons at any AQUA Schools centre within the last 12 months.
• Returning Customers: Individuals who were previously enrolled but ceased lessons for more than one month and are re-enrolling.
• Referring Customers: Existing customers with an active enrolment who refer a new or returning customer.
• Exclusions: Employees of AQUA Schools and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Customers who go on hold or cancel their lessons and then wish to re-enrol immediately will not be eligible for any new customer or returning customer promotions. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to prevent misuse of promotional offers.
• Name of referring customer must be mentioned at the time of sign up.

• Draw Date: Winners will be drawn randomly on 1^st September 2025.
• Method: A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received.
• Notification: Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the draw.
• Claiming Prize: Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. If a prize is not claimed within this timeframe, it will be forfeited, and a redraw may occur.

• Modifications: AQUA Schools reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if it becomes necessary to do so.
• Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with AQUA School's privacy policy.
• Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners agree that AQUA Schools can use their name, photographs, and videos for promotional purposes without any further payment.
• Disputes: Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of AQUA Schools.

• Can an existing customer refer multiple friends and get multiple entries? Yes: "1 successful referral = 1 entry". Referral entries are unlimited.
• Can a new customer refer a friend and get an additional entry? Yes, if they refer a friend who signs up during the promotion, the new customer can get an additional entry for every successful referral too.
• When exactly will the prize credit be applied to the winner's account? Within 7 days of the winner acknowledging receipt of the prize.
• How will we manage the draw to ensure fairness? We will use a computer-generated picker or draw names from a box whilst on video to share on social media.
• What happens if a winner goes on hold and they haven't used all the credit/lessons? Would this stay on the account for when they return or be forfeited? As per our standard policy, lesson credits have an expiry of 12 months. They can leave but must return prior to the expiry of their credit to use it in full.
• If they enrol in July and then want to go on hold in August, do they still go in the draw? To be eligible, they must be enrolled for the remaining period of the promotion.
• Can a customer go on hold and then immediately return to lessons in order to get a free entry to the giveaway? No. Customers seen to do this will be excluded from the promotion to ensure fairness and prevent mis-use of promotional offers.
